  • 460E to exit for Rt 501N/Candler's Mt Road/Buena Vista on left
  • Right on 29N-Business towards Charlottesville
  • To Exit 1A – Riverfront/Main Street/Downtown
  • Through 6 traffic control signals to destination 828 Main Street, 12th Floor
  • Bank of the James Building (corner of 9th St. and Main St.)

From Rt. 460 West

  • 460W to exit for Rt 501S/460W-Business/Campbell Ave/South Boston
  • Keep right onto Campbell Ave
  • Past 5th traffic control signal take exit for 29N Business/Charlottesville
  • To Exit 1A – Riverfront/Main Street/Downtown
  • Through 6 traffic control signals to destination
  • 828 Main Street, 12th Floor,
    Bank of the James Building (corner of 9th St. and Main St.)

From Charlottesville

  • 29 S towards Lynchburg/Danville
  • Past Amherst Town limits continue on 29 S Lynchburg/Danville
  • To exit for Rt 210 W Downtown/Lynchburg
  • Cross over bridge and take left onto Commerce St.
  • To 2nd traffic control signal, right onto 9th St.
  • Follow one block to Main Street to destination on right
  • 828 Main Street, 12th Floor
  • Bank of the James Building (corner of 9th St. and Main St.)

Street Parking/Parking Deck Information

On street parking is available for 2 hours along the portion of 9th Street between Commerce St. and Main St and 1 hour at various locations along Main Street. Additionally, there is a public parking deck located within the building on the 4th level with a 2 hour maximum. Access the Parking Entrance from Main Street.
